Nested in the woods by the sea 😀 - The property is one many resorts in that area, and each of those are in woods and next to the sea, which makes it perfect for evening walks. Very quite... Excellent air. The beach is on walking distance, and you can reach the larger beach in Parksville in 5min. There is plenty to go for hiking/walks, Nanaimo and even a day visit to Tofino. Cathedral Grove / rain forest is only 30min away. So, location is perfect. Everything is clean and well organized. Beds are comfortable. 😞 - /

We absolutely loved our stay . Very quiet and close to the beach. Close to parksville and amenities but also close to Nanaimo as well . The place was clean and full of all amenities needed. My family and I had such a lovely stay at Ocean Trails. With three kids 5 and under, the pool, park, and close by beach were phenomenal. While our room didn’t have air conditioning, the fans were much appreciated. We even had a bbq delivered to our unit for some outdoor grilling. We look forward to making this an annual family destination. My kids are already asking to come back!

Would stay here if ever back in the area. 😀 - Location was very close to Parkville and therefore easy to get where we wanted to explore. Staff were very pleasant and even mailed things left in the unit back to a member of our party. The staff also inquired once to see if all was satisfactory. Excellent place to stay. The hot pool was very relaxing. 😞 - Nothing
