Great resort A great little resort in a good location with friendly reception staff. We had a 2 bedroom condo which was very well equipped and tidy. The only minor fault was that we ran out of hot water a few times during our 3 night stay. The location is good with direct access to the beach and it is well situated to explore the local area. The town is a short drive away (approx. 5 mins) We also enjoyed the hot tub which was a great feature in the winter months. Would not hesitate to return if in the area again

Family Thanksgiving in Parksville. Great location and suites. We love it!! This is our 3rd visit to the resort for Thanksgiving. One night in a one bedroom Newly Renovated!! suite and 2 nights in a 2 bedroom suite with family. We always feel very welcome and we are never disappointed with our accommodations. It is a great way to get everyone together for a great weekend. We would definitely recommend Ocean Trails to friends and family.

Very clean well maintained grounds. Bit of a long steep walk to the beach but it's amazing once you get there?

Excellent all around 😀 - Everything was excellent. Great heated pool and big jet hot tub. Great setting in a forest with a number of small size buildings. Very well maintained. Dishwasher broke on day 2. Management offered a big discount to make up for that as the machine could not be replaced right away ... 😞 - Small thing - mattress in one bed room was quite worn and weak ...

A quiet retreat with spacious rooms and access to various amenities. I'd recommend to families looking for a safe enjoyable vacation away from crowds yet convenient to all shopping needs and services. The beach is a short walk down a private trail and children will enjoy the pool.
