A Festival of Lights
We have so much to celebrate during summer months with incredible weather, beautiful beaches, and pristine waters – and on August 15, we’ll add another spectacle to that last: the Festival of Lights Fireworks on Parksville Beach.
As if you needed another reason to go to Parksville Beach?
Once you’ve finished your day enjoying the incredible sands of Parskville or Rathtrevor Beach – and maybe after you’ve had some delicious BBQ or a meal out with family and friends – head on down to Parksville Beach for the second major fireworks event of the summer.
The water will be spectacularly warm, with high tide at 7:22pm meaning that the day’s heat will be trapped in the shallow waters and on its way back out again for the light show at dusk.
A spectacular beach and a fiery spectacle. It’s magical.
