Long Term Stay Policies

• Special off-season weekly rates are based on a minimum stay of 4 weeks;
• Stays may commence on any day of the week;
• All rates are based on double occupancy; additional guests are $3 each per day;
• HST and Municipal Tax (14.24%) will be exempted from stays of one month or longer, paid in advance in 4 week increments;
• Rates include light housekeeping once per week, and all utilities;
• Units are equipped with telephones; local calls are free; a calling card is required to access long distance;
• We have a strict no pets policy and all rooms are non-smoking;
• A deposit equaling 1 week must be paid in advance to secure this reservation; this deposit will be applied to the last week of your stay;
• Rates are non-commissionable;
• The deposit is a firm commitment and no refund will be given if you decide to leave early;
• Reservations cancelled or changed with less than 30 days to the date of arrival or change will forfeit the deposit.

Although we do guarantee room types, we are unable to guarantee a specific unit number. Please let us know at the time of booking Ocean Trails’ Parksville accommodation if you have any special requests and we will do our best to accommodate your wishes.
